Questions Before Your First Visit?
Will a hand wash scratch my paint?
No. Automatic brushes are one of the most common causes of swirl marks, which is why we wash every car by hand. Our team uses careful methods and premium products made to protect your finish. Your paint gets treated the way it should be.
Is a hand wash really better than an automatic car wash?
Yes, and you will see the difference. Automatic washes often miss wheels, bumpers, door jambs and the spots around mirrors and trim. A hand wash lets our team get into those areas and leave your car clean everywhere, not just the flat panels.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is needed. Stop by any day between 9 AM and 7 PM. If you would like a quote ahead of time, call us at (346) 320-9375 or fill out the form above.
How long will I have to wait?
It depends on the package you choose and how busy we are. Our team will give you a time estimate when you arrive, and you are welcome to relax in our lounge with free drinks, snacks and Wi-Fi while you wait.
Will I get charged extra once I show up?
No surprises. Our package prices are posted upfront, and we confirm your price before any work begins. The only pricing difference is for oversize vehicles, vans and campers, which start at $174.99.
What is the difference between a hand wash and a detail?
A hand wash cleans the outside of your car and is great for regular upkeep. A detail goes deeper, covering the interior, carpets, seats and surfaces for a like-new feel. Not sure which you need? Our team will help you pick the right package without pushing you into more than you need.
Will you clean the inside of my car too?
Yes. Our Super Clean and detail packages include interior cleaning so your dashboard, seats and floors look and feel fresh. Check our package list to see exactly what each one includes.
How do I know you will actually do a good job?
We have earned more than 350 five-star Google reviews from Houston drivers, and our customers keep coming back. Our team treats every car like it is their own. If something is not right before you leave, let us know and we will make it right.
